Walkers will need to contact the
leader of each walk no later than the day beforehand, using the phone numbers from
the members' newsletter, to 'book in' for the
walk; up to a maximum of six including the leader.
Please ensure that you have face covering and gloves/sanitiser
available for use at gates, stiles, refreshment stops etc. We
will aim to walk in a loose socially distanced line, and if
approached by members of the public from the opposite direction
on a narrow path or pinch point, will put up face covering, stand
still and turn our backs until we can move on.
If we follow sensible ways of walking, with distancing at stops
and stiles, gates etc., not forming a group 'huddle' at
any time, we should be able to enjoy our walks in company without
increasing our personal health risk.
Due to Covid 19, our walks programme is currently limited, and subject to change at short notice due to restrictions and Government guidelines.
