||WOODFORD STATION, SNAKES LANE EAST EXIT. Circular walk visiting parks, woods and lakes in Woodford and Redbridge areas. Dry lunch.
||11am GOLDERS GREEN STATION, Northern line. Linear walk visiting Golders Hill park and the Hill Garden, lunch near Kenwood House, ending at Hampstead station, Northern line. 5 miles, dry lunch.
||CHINGFORD STATION, London Overground. Circular morning walk on Epping Forest Willow Trail.3 miles on good paths.
||CHINGFORD STATION, London Overground. Medium pace circular walk via Carrolls Farm, down Barn Hill, on to Gilwell Park via Sewardstone Village Hall. Dry lunch.
||SLOANE SQUARE STATION, District line. Amble across more Thames bridges. Possible early tea break then over to Battersea Park for dry lunch. Return via Chelsea and the Kings Road.
