only, Epping Forest Willow Trail, on good paths.
||EPPING STATION. Linear walk, on the scenic route
to Loughton Station. Dry lunch.
||TOWER HILL STATION, Circle and District Lines.
Meet at main exit, by Trinity Square Gardens. Linear
walk on Thames Path North to Island Gardens, via the
channel behind Tobacco Dock.
||EPPING STATION. Circular town and country walk,
with early dry lunch in Gernon Bushes Nature
||WESTMINSTER STATION, Jubilee and District Lines.
Meet under Big Ben opposite the station, for a linear
morning walk and waffle, at slow amble pace, to take
a refreshing look at the Corridors of Power and their
history in the Westminster and Whitehall area. Wrap
up warm. A coffee break will be included, and the
walk will end in time for lunch.

Forest walk to High Beach and return. Dry lunch near
pub and kiosk.
