||CHIGWELL ROW CHURCH, bus 150 from Hainault
underground station or use carpark opposite. Circular
walk in Hainault Forest, lunch near cafe. Walk could
be terminated at bus stop near cafe but walk will
return to the church
||CHINGFORD STATION, London Overground. Circular
Forest walk with viewpoints at Pole Hill and
Yates' Meadow, then via Cuckoo Brook and
Connaught Water to return. Dry lunch
||THEYDON BOIS STATION. Medium pace circular Forest
walk to Upshire and return. Dry lunch near pub.
||CHINGFORD STATION, London Overground. Figure 8
walk or morning walk only, on Epping Forest Willow
and Holly Trails, lunch near Butlers Retreat. Total 3
or 6 miles back to station. .
